The Shimmering Starlight Berry

In a castle with marshmallow-fluff clouds floating by, lived two wonderful friends named Ivy and Mali. One sunny afternoon, in the royal garden where flowers hummed sleepy tunes, they found a bush with one single, perfect berry left on it. It wasn't just any berry; it was a Starlight Berry, shimmering with all the colors of a rainbow. "Wow!" whispered Ivy. "It's for me!" giggled Mali. They both wanted the beautiful, sparkly treat.

Just then, a little dragon named Flicker, whose scales sparkled like tiny green jewels, landed softly beside them. He saw their puzzled faces. "That's the last Starlight Berry of the season," he chirped softly. "Instead of arguing, why not take it on an adventure together? The Wishing Well at the top of the tallest tower loves to hear happy wishes about sharing."

Ivy and Mali loved adventures! They looked at each other and nodded. Very carefully, they picked the berry together, each holding one side. They carried it up the winding tower stairs, huffing and puffing with laughter. A friendly squirrel chattered hello and showed them a secret, slide-y shortcut, which made them giggle even more as they worked together to keep the berry safe.

When they finally reached the top, the Wishing Well swirled with sparkly water. Ivy and Mali looked at the berry, then at each other. The fun wasn't in having the berry, but in carrying it together. "Let's wish to always have adventures together," said Ivy. "And let's share the berry," added Mali. As they held the berry over the well, it magically popped into two perfect, shimmering halves, one for each of them.

They each ate their piece of the Starlight Berry. It tasted sweet like honey and sparkly like friendship. A happy, sleepy feeling washed over them. They yawned big, cozy yawns and snuggled down in their beds, dreaming of friendly dragons and the sweet taste of sharing. Goodnight, Ivy and Mali.
