Once the sun had tucked itself into bed, your little firefly friend, Flicker, blinked his tiny light by your window. He was here to take you on a special adventure, Friend. Tonight, you were going to find the Sleepy-Time Star, which only shines for the coziest of explorers. You tiptoed out into the garden, where the moonbeams made the dewdrops on the grass sparkle like a thousand tiny diamonds.

Flicker’s light bobbed ahead, leading you past the sleepy roses who had folded their petals for the night. You listened closely and could hear the quiet hum of the crickets playing their nighttime song. The air was cool and smelled sweet, like damp earth and sleepy flowers. Each step you took was soft on the grass, a quiet padding sound in the peaceful night.

Finally, you reached the old oak tree at the end of the garden. And there it was. Peeking through the leaves was the Sleepy-Time Star, twinkling with a soft, warm glow. It didn't shine brightly like the other stars; it pulsed with a gentle, sleepy rhythm, like a slow, deep breath. You felt a big, cozy yawn stretch from your toes to your nose as you watched it glow.

Flicker landed gently on your shoulder, his light dimming down to a tiny, sleepy speck. The Sleepy-Time Star twinkled a final, soft goodnight, and you knew it was time to dream. Tucked back in your bed, you closed your eyes, feeling the gentle light of the star still glowing behind them, ready to carry you into the sweetest, most wonderful dreams. Goodnight, Friend.
