Once the sun had tucked itself away for the night, leaving the sky a soft, velvety blue, little Flora tiptoed into her garden. The air was warm and smelled of sleepy flowers. Just as she was about to make a wish on the first star, she saw a tiny, blinking light near the rose bushes. Then another, and another! It was a family of fireflies, and their gentle glows seemed to be winking just at her, inviting her on a secret nighttime adventure.

Flora followed the sparkling parade of fireflies as they danced through the air. They led her on a path of soft, dewy grass, past the tall sunflowers that were now bowing their heads in sleep. The world was so quiet, you could only hear the gentle crickets and the soft *whoosh* of the fireflies' wings. They floated towards the big, old willow tree at the very back of the garden, its long, leafy branches swaying like a gentle curtain.

Under the willow tree, the fireflies began to swirl together, creating a beautiful, slow-motion whirlwind of light. It was a silent, magical light show, just for Flora. The golden glow warmed her face and made her feel so cozy and safe. She watched the lazy, looping patterns of light, and a big, sleepy yawn escaped. Her eyelids started to feel as heavy as little pebbles.

One by one, the little fireflies blinked goodnight, their lights fading into the darkness. The last little light led Flora's sleepy thoughts right back to her own warm bed. Tucked under her soft blanket, she closed her eyes, imagining the gentle, swirling lights. The memory of the firefly dance carried her into the most peaceful, sweet dreams. Goodnight, Flora.
